Delete your account

You can delete your ANKURA account at any time, from inside the app or by emailing us.

From the app

Open ANKURA and sign in.
Go to Settings ’ Account.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

The same option is available on the web app at Settings ’ Account.

By email

If you cannot sign in, email support@wharfstreetstudios.com from the address on the account. We action requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your name, email, and phone number.
Your farmer or buyer profile — district, land size, crops, business details, delivery address.
Bank account number and IFSC, and any Aadhaar digits held for KYC.
Your saved listings, price alerts, and watchlist.

What is kept, and why

Orders and listings you were party to are retained. They are also the other party’s record of a transaction, and are needed for tax and dispute purposes — one side of a completed sale cannot erase the other side’s history. They no longer identify you within the app.

Timing

Deletion takes effect immediately — your profile is hidden and you are signed out. Your data is retained for 30 days so an accidental deletion can be reversed by signing in again with the same email, and is removed after that.
